1. You can apply by completing the online application through the AA Visiting School page under ‘Links and Downloads’. If you are not able to make an online application, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions to pay by bank transfer.
2. Once you complete the online application and make a full payment, you are registered to the programme. A CV or a portfolio is not required.
The deadline for applications is 25th June.
The AA Visiting School requires a fee of £595 which includes a £60 Visiting membership fee. Fees do not include flights or accommodation, but accommodation options can be advised. Students need to bring their own laptops. Please ensure this equipment is covered by your own insurance as the AA takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen at the workshop.
The workshop is open to current architecture and design students, academics and young professionals. Participants need to bring their own camera equipment and laptops with the latest version of Rhino and Grasshopper installed. Please ensure this equipment is covered by your own insurance as the AA takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen during the workshop.

Accommodation during the workshop is not provided, but advice can be given for nearby affordable hotels.
All participants travelling from abroad are responsible for securing any visa required, and are advised to contact their home embassy early. After payment of fees, the AA School can provide a letter confirming participation in the workshop.
All participants are responsible for their own insurance including travel and health insurance. All participants also need to ensure that any equipment and valuable items such as laptops are covered by their own insurance as the AA takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen.
Students should be aware that vaccinations are required for countries some Visiting Schools are held in. It is the applicants’ responsibility to investigate the requirements.
