1) You can make an application by completing the online application found under ‘Links and Downloads’ on the AA Visiting School page. If you are not able to make an online application, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions to pay by bank transfer.
2) Once you complete the online application and make a full payment, you are registered to the programme. A CV or a portfolio is not required.

The AA Visiting School requires a fee of £695 per participant, which includes a £60 Visiting membership fee. The fees for this workshop does not include costs for accommodation, prototyping materials and meals,. Participants need to make their own travel arrangements. Please contact the VS Office on email@example.com if you wish to apply.
The workshop is open to current architecture, design and fine art students, academics and young professionals. Participants need to bring their own laptops with the latest version of Rhino installed. Please ensure this equipment is covered by your own insurance as the AA takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen during the workshop.

Accommodation during the workshop is not provided, but advice can be given for nearby affordable hotels.
All participants travelling from abroad are responsible for securing any visa required, and are advised to contact their home embassy early. After payment of fees, the AA School can provide a letter confirming participation in the workshop.
All participants are responsible for their own insurance including travel and health insurance. All participants also need to ensure that any equipment and valuable items such as laptops are covered by their own insurance as the AA takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen.
Students should be aware that vaccinations are required for countries some Visiting Schools are held in. It is the applicants’ responsibility to investigate the requirements.
